Shipping Policy
DELIVERIES
The delivery fee for a standard courier package (A3 size delivery envelope) is R99 countrywide. This amount will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to you, upon completion of the order.
If you have ordered an item which is bigger than an A3 delivery envelope, road freight charges may be levied. All charges will be displayed when you checkout and will be recorded in your order confirmation and invoice.
When ordering multiple items from the same vendor, you will be charged for one delivery, on condition that all the items ordered fit into the A3 delivery envelope. Delivery is charged per envelope. If your items require 2 envelopes, you will be charged R99 x 2. If you order multiple items from different vendors, the delivery fee will be levied per vendor. Below is an break-down of the delivery fee structure:
- One Vendor: One A3 size envelope (R99)
- One Vendor: Two A3 size envelopes (R99 x 2 = R180)
- Two Vendors: One A3 size envelope each (R99 x 2 = R180)
- Multiple Vendors: Multiple envelopes (R99 x number of envelopes)
Delivery of your order will be made 3 to 10 business days from the date that your order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. Equally, this too may apply over the Festive Season as many of our suppliers take a break over that period. We encourage you to place you Christmas orders by the 13th of December. It is accepted that normal business trading resumes on the 3rd of January.
Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of your order.
Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and an administration charge of R30.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped by the product creator, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your order.
When your order is delivered, you must inspect the products and be satisfied that the products conform to the quality and quantity you ordered and are free from any defects. You will not able to return any products to us with the courier at the time of delivery and if you wish to return the products, you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Returns Policy.
